Squeeze exercise for preature ejaculation

The Squeeze Technique (FREE Premature Ejaculation Exercise)

The squeeze technique is a variation of the start-stop method.

It was developed and popularized by famous sex therapist Masters and Johnson. It is also known as squeeze-pause technique, pause-squeeze technique, the squeeze method, pinch method, pinch technique.

The exercise is identical to start-stop method, except that you (or your partner) squeeze the tip of your penis for about 10 to 20 seconds when you “stop”. Everything else is the same.

The purpose of squeezing your penis is suppressing the ejaculation reflex. Just like holding back a sneeze by pressing under your nose.

The pressure pushes blood out of the penis and momentarily decreases sexual tension and represses the ejaculatory response.

Here’s the short description of how exercise looks when you do it with partner…


  1. First, you arrange some start and stop signals. Using the actual words “Stop”, “Hold it” and “Start” is a good choice, but anything else that’s short and clear will do.
  2. Next, she starts giving you a hand job or a blow job. When you come close to the “point of no return”, you give her a signal to stop.
  3. Than she takes your penis, and places her hand so that her thumb is on one the bottom side of your penis, and her index and middle fingers are one the topside (see the illustration above).
    Her index finger is just above the ridge of the glans (the ‘head’ or ‘fireman’s helmet’) while the middle finger is just below the ridge. She then squeezes your shaft firmly for about 10 or 20 seconds. This should be uncomfortable but not painful.
    She then lets go, and waits for another 30 seconds (until you give her the “start” signal). Once your urge to ejaculate passes, she continues with the stimulation (hand job/blow job).
  4. Repeat the process 10 times or 15 minutes, whichever comes first.
  5. When the time is up, or on your last run, let yourself come as fast and as freely as you can. Of course, you can have intercourse on your last run, if you wish.
  6. Once you’re comfortable with hand job/blow job, practice “start, stop, squeeze” during intercourse.

And, if you do it without partner…


  1. Take your penis in hand and begin masturbating. Allow yourself to come as close to orgasm as you can get without losing control — just before the “point of no return”.
  2. When you’re there, STOP, and squeeze your penis right below the head of your penis. Apply firm pressure for 10 to 20 seconds, with your thumb (topside, right bellow the ‘head’) and forefinger and middle finger (on the bottom side). Focus the pressure on the urethra — the tube running along the underside of the penis.
  3. Than let go, and wait for another 10-30 seconds until the urge to ejaculate passes. Than continue with stroking.
  4. Repeat the process 10 times or 15 minutes, whichever comes first.
  5. On your last run, let yourself come as fast and as freely as you can.

Once you’re comfortable with starting and stopping during masturbation, you can practice during intercourse, starting and stopping as needed.

That’s pretty much everything there is to it. Anyway, if you haven’t read the Start-Stop Method section, do it now to see more detailed description of this exercise.

The start-stop method, and its variation, the squeeze technique are often recommended both by sexual therapists and medical doctors.

Now, you can go home and tell your wife or girlfriend… “Honey, I went to see a doctor today. He said you should give me a blow job.”

Anyway, if you’re doing start-stop, or squeeze with your partner, keep in mind that this whole experience occasionally may be frustrating for her.

If you have a wife or a girlfriend that’s patient, understanding, and willing to help – you’re a lucky guy.

But, show a little courtesy anyway. Understand how frustrating the whole thing can be for her, and compensate. Every time she helps you, be a man, return the favor.

One of the biggest reasons why so many guys suffer from this on a regular basis is because they spend so much time obsessing over this little problem of theirs.
These things happen to everyone all the time. And you’ll definitely get over it sometime soon. So until then, ignore the thought of premature ejaculation before or during sex by keeping your mind occupied elsewhere.

You need to learn to relax and take your time. If you feel you are going to ejaculate before 10 minutes is up then STOP. Wait till the feeling passes and then start again. Don’t be rough, try going slow and gentle, and take deepbreaths to help control your breathing.
