Kegel exercise for premature ejaculation

Kegels (FREE Premature Ejaculation Exercise)

A Kegel is an exercise that helps tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor. More specifically, the pubococcygeus muscle, or the PC muscle for short. Some also refer to them as the “behind the balls” muscle.

This muscle stretches from the pelvic bone to the tail bone and acts as a floor to the pelvic area, supporting the pelvic organs.

Both men and women have them, and you can become familiar with the muscle group by cutting off the flow of urine, and then starting and stopping it repeatedly. (Begin with a full bladder.)

Once you have the exercise down, you can practice your Kegels anywhere… at your desk, behind the wheel, while watching TV, etc. Tighten your PC muscles and hold for a count of 10, then release. Practice in sets of 10.

Do it 3 times a day and you’ll see significant improvement within few weeks.

So how exactly your PC muscle can help you to last longer?

PC muscle takes part in the ejaculation process. And it is believed that a strong PC muscle can improve sex, help men achieve multiple orgasms, and help with fighting premature ejaculation.

Stronger PC muscles will help you exercise ejaculatory control when you approach the “point of no return”.

Exercising PC muscles will not only help you to delay your ejaculation, but actually give you the sense of control over your ejaculation. This will improve your sexual confidence, which on its own can help you to relax and last even longer.

The knowledge that you have things under control will help you to enjoy sex without having an uptight feeling. A little practice with this technique will be an immediate relief.

Finally, strong, well-developed pelvic muscles will allow you better control and make you more aware of what is happening in your nether regions.

Here’s how to use your PC muscles…

When you feel the urge to come, squeeze you PC muscle (like you want to cut off the flow of urine). This way you’ll prevent triggering of ejaculation reflex, and delay your orgasm.

However, it is important to note that you must squeeze your PC muscle BEFORE the ejaculation reflex is triggered. Before your “point of no return”.

If you do it after the ejaculation reflex is triggered, you will only prevent your semen from coming out of your penis, but your semen is already out of your testicles.

Technically speaking, you’ve already ejaculated, you simply prevented your semen from coming out. More often than not, this is not a pleasant feeling at all.

Read this:

You should use stop and start teqcinhue. You use condom even double condom if required, which will slow down the impulse passed from your penis to brain. Do not think of too much of sexy things. This should help in controlling premature ejaculation.

10/15 times per week for 2+ years counts as exievscse masturbation. However if this is something you did out of pure needs, that it may not be exievscse. In my view, Excessive masturbation is something that you do and you dont really have to because probably you do it because you are bored, you dont have friends and then you just fall into it. This way you stress your organ into doing something that it does not really want to do. You got addicted to it coz you just have to do it every day. I would be glad to hear your complete story.
