Always remember… the more you’re relaxed, the longer you’ll last.

Now, here are some good ways to relax:

  1. Don’t think about coming too soon
  2. Breathe deeply
  3. Take a shower
  4. Get a relaxation tape

Don’t think about coming too soon

This may sound too simple to be any useful. But it really helps.

It’s kind of self-fulfilling prophecy. If you think you’ll come too soon, you probably will. It happens because you expect it to happen.

The body has a natural tendency to breathe deeply during sex. But, for some reason many men fight this natural urge. They try to counter this natural tendency by not breathing deeply and making the little love-moan sounds that go along with it.

But when you obstruct your breathing, you often sacrifice your ejaculatory control. Try breathing deeply. Let your breath go. Many men are amazed how much this one little change improves their sex life.

Also, taking a deep breath before the “point of no return” will help you to briefly shut down the ejaculation reflex. You’ll be able to stop your self and slow down before you ejaculate. This will buy you more time.

Take a shower

It’s as simple as that. Take a shower before sex, and you’ll be much more relaxed. And don’t rush with the showering. Take your time.

Avoid aggressive or wild angry sex. When you lose control of your erection, that’s when you’d lose the erection completely. Try to indulge in calm, slow and romantic sex. By avoiding fast and aggressive sex, you’d be able to last longer because you won’t experience a sudden burst of sexual energy in an instant.

The section on oral sex was worth the asikng price on its own. I used to dread getting head from my woman because she was just useless and I had no idea how to teach her to do things as I wanted.
